If you’ve been loving Bottega Veneta’s iconic fringed dresses, Intrecciato bags, and Le Corbusier-inspired furniture, there’s something new to add to your wishlist. Matthieu Blazy, Bottega Veneta’s creative director, has just launched his first collection of fragrances for the brand. This line features five luxurious scents, each inspired by the enchanting city of Venice, which is deeply rooted in Bottega Veneta’s Italian heritage.

Blazy’s fragrances celebrate Venice not only for its rich history but also for its role as a cultural crossroads. Each scent reflects this global influence: Colpo di Sole blends French Angelica oil with Moroccan orange blossom, while Acqua Sale combines Spanish labdanum with Macedonian juniper oil. Déjà Minuit mixes Madagascan geranium with Guatemalan cardamom, and Come With Me pairs Italian bergamot with French orris butter. Finally, Alchemie intertwines Brazilian pink pepper with Somali myrrh, creating a truly captivating experience.

Known for his attention to detail, Blazy has also designed stunning packaging. The fragrances come in beautiful, undulating glass bottles inspired by the Venetian lagoon and Bottega Veneta’s signature leather textures. Each bottle is mouth-blown with unique air bubbles and sits on a base of green Verde Saint Denis marble, the same marble used in Bottega Veneta boutiques around the world. It’s not just a fragrance; it’s a work of art.

Blazy’s goal with this collection is to tell a global story through scent, capturing the essence of diverse places in fragrances that spark the imagination. And with this launch, he’s succeeded, turning everyday moments into something extraordinary.
