Collaborating with Prada Beauty has been EXCITING for Sabrina Carpenter, as she appreciates how their products enhance her favorite features while providing just the right amount of glamour, allowing her to feel both feminine and sophisticated.
Her admiration for Prada began to take center stage in the music video for her single “Please, Please, Please,” which was released in June. In this captivating narrative, Carpenter finds herself unexpectedly released from jail, courtesy of someone who paid her bond. As her two cherished possessions are returned, she clutches a pair of stylish Projekt Produkt sunglasses and a Prada lip balm. “I had to pause and think, What product would I genuinely be using if I were coming out of jail?!” she reminisces. “Since my makeup artist introduced me to it a few months ago, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the Prada Blue Balm.” In a pivotal moment, she dabs the balm on right before locking eyes with her love interest, played by Barry Keoghan, setting off a cascade of drama.
She further showcases her flair for beauty in the music video for “Taste,” where she applies lipstick just moments before confronting fierce competition in the form of scream queen Jenna Ortega for her romantic interest. “Let me tell you, that lipstick held its ground, but the love interest did not!” Carpenter laughs as she reflects on the added drama of freshening up her look before the chaos unfolded in the video. “I was determined to feature my current lipstick obsession, the Prada Monochrome in Tonka.”
As Carpenter embarks on her current tour, she is bringing her enthusiasm for Prada Beauty with her, showcasing her signature mauve pink lip color during performances in cities like Columbus, Ohio, and Toronto. And she’s just getting started! “I’ve been a devoted fan of Prada for years,” she shares. “Recently, I had the opportunity to catch a glimpse of some of their upcoming products, and I can’t wait to reveal what’s coming next.”
